Clothing Sizes-

Please make every effort to check the size chart included with the product details and physically measure yourself to insure the proper fit. If your measurements do not match those in the charts, please select 'kustom sizing' and indicate yours with your order. Please note that kustom made items are not available for returns or exchanges- so please be accurate with measuring. If you have any questions- please contact.

Handpainted Art-

Each item is handmade by the artist, Liz Rosino, once ordered. In most cases, you will not be receiving the exact item shown in the photograph (which was the first one made and previously sold), but a reproduction of this as close as humanly possible. Your item will be very similar, but because it is also its own individual piece of art, some small differences may occur, but this is just what makes your a unique one-of-a-kind. The jewelry boxes are all made with found and refinished boxes- so it is near impossible to come across one exactly as shown. Each item is also signed by the artist, so you know you are getting a genuine Lucky Kat piece of art.

Payment Options-

Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) and Paypal are accepted through the online shopping cart. Orders are not accepted over the phone.

International Orders-

International orders are accepted and should be placed using the online shopping cart. Please be aware of any customs or restrictions of items for shipment into your country as well as there is no guarantee on exactly how long it will take to be delivered. Some packages may take only 4-5 days and others may be stopped up in customs for about a week or more, so please be aware of this.

Privacy of Personal Information-

Your personal information is only used for contacting you about your order. Your email will automatically be added to the low volume mailing list to inform you about what's new with Lucky Kat. If you would prefer to unsubscribe, please do so through the link at the bottom of the mailing list email.

Orders are processed through a secure server and the security of your payment information is a top priority.

When to Expect Your Order-

Some of the clothing and accessories are in stock and ready to ship and will go out within 2-3 days of placing your order. Most Lucky Kat brand clothing is made once ordered as well as the handpainted art, so please allow up to 2-3 weeks until shipment of your order. Your order will not ship until it is complete, even if some of the items are currently in stock.

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal System, either First Class or Priority Mail depending upon weight. All handpainted items are shipped with insurance.

You will receive an email to notify you when your order has shipped. You can log in to your account or go to the "Order Status" page to view its status and/or tracking information if available.
