Clothing-

Lucky Kat does not accept returns for a refund.

Photos and size information is listed for all clothing, but sometimes things just don't fit how you want. Please make every effort to measure yourself accurately, don't just guess! Exchanges are accepted for clothing (same item, different size), as long as we are contacted first to know to expect your package. Please contact stating your reason for the exchange and you will receive information about where to ship it back. If we are not contacted first, we will not accept your exchange. Items must be sent back within 10 days after confirmed delivery in new and unworn condition. You are responsible for the cost to ship it back and be sure to get tracking or insurance, as we are not responsible for your return getting lost in the mail. If your size is unavailable, store credit will be issued (minus shipping costs). No returns/exchanges are accepted for clothing custom made to your measurements.

Handpainted Art-

A lot of time and effort goes into each piece of art and most are made to order. Therefore, no returns or exchanges are accepted for handpainted items. Please be aware that in most cases, you will not be receiving the exact item shown in the photograph (which was the first one made and previously sold), but a reproduction of this as close as humanly possible. Your item will be very similar, but because it is also its own individual work of art, some small differences may occur, but this is just what makes yours a unique one-of-a-kind. The jewelry boxes are all made with found and refinished boxes- so it is near impossible to come across one exactly as shown. It is handpainted work and nothing is perfectly machine printed, and should be appreciated as a piece of art as well as a functional object. Each item is also signed by the artist, so you know you are getting a genuine Lucky Kat piece of art.
